Job summary

EMCOR Group seeks an experienced Project Manager in Augusta, GA to plan, direct, and coordinate construction and maintenance of facilities and systems. You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, and integration of field activities with subcontractors and engineers.

Strong communication and document control are essential. The role requires coordinating with owners, supervision staff, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery, safety compliance, and quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing/mechanical construction is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and documentation.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project scope.

Responsibilities

• Drive project flow from inception to completion.
• Review contracts, bids, and scope for turnover.
• Maintain document control including permits, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and design professionals to resolve issues.
• Plan and schedule activities to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Support field personnel and progress reporting, including cost tracking.
