Job summary

Perini Management Services, Inc. in Augusta, GA is seeking a Project Engineer to join our team on federal construction projects. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor work with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, develop budgets and schedules, and manage submittals and RFIs.

The role requires a related degree or equivalent experience, plus proficiency with Primavera P6 and Procore. Travel/relocation to the project site is expected; US federal project experience (USACE/NAVFAC) is a plus

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management degree or equivalent competency.
• Experience/internship as a Construction Project Engineer or Project Manager.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Procore.
• Willing to travel and relocate near project site; federal projects experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination with architects and engineers throughout all phases.
• Assist in developing project budgets, timelines, and procurement plans.
• Review design documents for constructability and distribution to client & subcontractors.
• Construction Oversight: monitor worksite safety and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
