Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking a Superintendent to serve as the primary on-site contact for project employees, subcontractors and clients in Denver, CO. This role provides on-site management and leadership for mid to large-scale construction projects, ensuring customer relationships and client expectations are met under the Program Manager's guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with emphasis in superintendence involving mid to large scale construction projects.
• USACE experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management is preferred, but extensive experience in lieu of degree will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide calculations on hours involved, develop construction project schedule and determine material, truck, plant and human resources.
• Communicate changes in requirements, scheduling, subcontractor issues and other project developments to the Project Manager.
• Oversee installation project safety compliance and report issues to Project Manager, Safety Department or HR Manager.
