Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage all phases of Federal construction projects.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel for quality, safety, and compliance.
• Act as primary liaison between Federal government client’s construction branch and project stakeholders.
• Review and evaluate construction documents to ensure alignment with FAR and codes.
• Lead pre-construction conferences, design meetings, site inspections, and closeout activities.
• Ensure construction activities meet federal safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Track project performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor and train junior staff to promote best practices in construction management.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation for submission to federal agencies.
• Promote a culture of safety across all project sites; ensure OSHA and agency safety standards.
