Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8 years of relevant experience required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required. Travel frequency depends on project duties.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage all phases of Federal construction projects to ensure successful execution within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee and coordinate contractors and on-site personnel to maintain quality, safety, and compliance with requirements.
• Act as primary liaison between Federal government client, stakeholders, and contractors with effective communication and issue resolution.
• Review construction documents, safety plans, QC plans, drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and reports per FAR and codes.
• Lead pre-construction conferences, design meetings, site inspections, and closeout activities; manage punch lists.
• Ensure compliance with federal safety, environmental, and quality standards; follow agency requirements.
• Track performance metrics, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions for timely delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and promote adherence to industry best practices in construction management.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation for submission to federal agencies.
• Promote safety culture across sites, including OSHA/USACE requirements.
• Perform other related duties to support project outcomes and client satisfaction.
