Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and oversee all phases of Federal construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with the government client, vendors, and on-site teams to deliver on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include evaluating documents, leading meetings, and maintaining project documentation for submission to federal agencies. Domestic and/or international travel may be required to support project needs.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction codes, plans, specifications, and inspection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage all phases of Federal construction projects to ensure successful execution within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to maintain quality, safety, and compliance.
• Act as primary liaison between the Federal government client’s construction branch, stakeholders, and contractors.
