Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage federal construction projects per scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel for quality and safety.
• Serve as primary liaison with federal client’s construction branch and stakeholders.
• Review construction docs to ensure FAR compliance and applicable codes.
• Lead pre-construction meetings and manage progress and punch lists.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Track performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor junior staff and promote best practices.
• Prepare project documentation for submission to federal agencies.
• Promote safety culture across sites.
