Job summary
Horizon3 is a remote cybersecurity company seeking a Federal Platform Engineer to deploy and operate our NodeZero-based platform infrastructure in AWS and federal workloads. You will orchestrate cloud-native platforms with Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab CI, enabling scalable, secure environments across regions.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of DevOps/Platform engineering or related roles.
- US Citizenship required and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Build scalable, secure cloud-native platforms across AWS regions.
- Improve development/deployment processes for fast, confident releases.
- Create telemetry tooling to measure platform effectiveness.
- Foster documentation culture (Confluence, docs-as-code).
- Plan projects with Jira and Agile concepts.
- Develop Terraform modules and Crossplane compositions.
- Promote infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD automation.
- Evaluate new tech and patterns for automation and hosting.
