Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a Senior Director, Client Growth & Strategy, Federal Civilian, to lead growth across federal civilian accounts and shape long-term client strategies. This hybrid role involves guiding pursuit teams, coordinating with agencies such as HHS, IRS, NOAA, and other civilian partners, and delivering multi-year pipeline growth.

You will engage executive-level clients and partners to drive bookings and strategic wins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Significant experience supporting the Federal Civilian market through business development, capture, delivery, consulting, technology, account leadership, or related areas.
• Proven track record developing growth strategies within Federal Civilian agencies, including HHS, IRS, NOAA, or other strategic civilian accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy across priority Federal Civilian accounts like HHS, IRS, NOAA.
• Develop and execute account strategies and pursuit plans.
• Capture leadership through proposal development, pricing, and negotiations.
• Forecast pipeline, manage bookings, and communicate risks to leadership.
• Lead multidisciplinary pursuit teams and coordinate with partners and primes.
• Travel within the Washington, DC area for customer meetings and events.
