Job summary

One Federal Solution in the United States is seeking a qualified Program Manager to provide contract management, coordination, performance oversight, and change leadership for acquisition workforce modernization initiatives.

You will act as the primary contractor point of contact with the Government COR, coordinate activities, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables while guiding stakeholder analysis and adoption of new processes.

Qualifications

• Cited change-management credentials or PMP/DAWIA-level qualification.
• 5+ years of experience leading change or workforce modernization in federal environments.
• Proven ability to develop change strategies and drive adoption of new processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall contract management, coordination, and performance oversight.
• Serve as primary liaison between OFS and COR for task-order coordination.
• Lead change leadership and stakeholder engagement in modernization initiatives.
• Develop and monitor the Change Management Program Plan and communications cadence.
• Ensure timely delivery of contract deliverables per the PWS and government direction.
