Job summary

DANE LLC is seeking a Jr.-Mid-level Capture Manager to drive capture activities across our federal pipeline, from opportunity identification through proposal development. You’ll build competitive intelligence, teaming strategy, and win themes, working directly with executive leadership and delivery teams to decide which opportunities we pursue and how we position ourselves to win them.

Qualifications

3–5 years of capture management or BD in federal GovCon.
Experience with set‑asides, teaming, prime work and subcontracting.
Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear win themes and messaging.
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead capture activities for identified federal opportunities from qualification through proposal development.
Monitor procurement sites and agency forecasts to identify and qualify new pipeline opportunities.
Develop win themes, discriminators, and competitive analysis materials.
Build and negotiate teaming arrangements, including prime/sub positioning.
Coordinate with contracts, delivery, and executive leadership to shape opportunities.
Support customer engagement and relationship-building with government stakeholders and potential teaming partners.
Stay engaged through proposal development, contributing to win themes and past performance narratives.
Conduct incumbent capture on recompete opportunities and assess incumbent contractors and award history.
Track and report pipeline status and capture progress to leadership.
