Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a senior Capture Manager to drive federal government opportunities from qualification through proposal submission, developing comprehensive capture plans and coordinating across BD, Operations, Engineering, Contracts, Pricing, and Proposal teams.

You will establish milestones, drive maturity assessments, and lead executive gate reviews, leveraging 12+ years in federal capture, DoD knowledge, and strong briefing skills. On-site in Layton, Utah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in management or other relevant discipline required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Formal capture management, proposal management, or Shipley-based training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal government captures from qualification through proposal submission.
• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive capture plans for assigned opportunities.
• Coordinate capture activities across BD, Operations, Engineering, Contracts, Pricing, Finance and Proposal teams.
• Establish capture milestones, action plans, resources, and schedules for successful competition.
• Prepare and lead executive gate reviews and present assessments to leadership.
