• Build coalitions across organizations and constituencies.
• Earn traditional media and social media attention: organize news conferences and write opinion pieces.
• Organize webinars, community events and public meetings.
• Lobby federal decision makers and coordinate federal lobby day events.
• Educate and mobilize public support.
• Research and write reports to influence public debate.
• Recruit volunteers, interns and full-time staff.
• Run a grassroots campaign office in the summer; meet fundraising goals and manage a team.
• Participate in organizational projects and trainings across campaigns.
