Environment America is seeking a Federal Campaigns Associate in Washington, DC to work on federal campaigns that protect the natural world. The role supports coalition building, outreach, and advocacy across the country, with a focus on bees, public lands, and wildlife protection.

Responsibilities

• Build coalitions by engaging diverse organizations and constituencies.
• Earn traditional and social media attention for campaigns.
• Organize events, webinars, and public meetings with volunteers.
• Lobby federal decision makers and coordinate lobby day efforts.
• Educate the public online and in person about campaign issues.
• Research data and write reports to inform policy debates.
• Recruit volunteers, interns, and staff to grow the team.
• Run a summer grassroots campaign office and manage fundraising goals.
