Job summary
CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced Business Analyst to partner with internal and external stakeholders, translate requirements into system specs, and support content strategy for federal projects.
You will engage with senior leaders and government teams to drive process improvements, document procedures, and craft training materials. A strong background in Agile and Jira/Confluence is preferred.
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Must consent to Background Investigation and Government security clearance.
- 7+ years in business analysis, systems analysis, or related processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements for mapping to processes and systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation, diagrams, OPS concepts, and status reports.
- Create briefing materials for customers, management, and executives.
- Identify opportunities for service delivery improvements and new tech adoption.
- Collaborate with government and CGS teams to manage cross-team dependencies.
- Provide clear communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences.
