XPECT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support a Federal Government client in Huntsville, AL.

The role involves analyzing a complex network infrastructure environment across multiple enclaves and levels of classification, and recommending ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs through data-driven decisions. The successful candidate will translate business needs into actionable IT requirements, work closely with stakeholders, and deliver standard or custom reports for

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance required; SCI eligibility expected.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing business analysis duties.
• Knowledge of business process analysis, requirements analysis, and software analysis & design.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Information Security and Technology methodologies.
• Acts as a liaison between the business and IT teams to translate complex needs into requirements realization.
• Demonstrates multitasking ability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to ask probing questions.

Responsibilities

• Propose ways to improve an organization's efficiency.
• Advise managers on cost-benefit analyses to drive efficiency.
• Analyze competitive market strategies relevant to products and market trends.
