The analyst will improve organizational efficiency, analyze business processes, and translate requirements between business and IT teams. The role requires strong MS Excel skills, familiarity with SharePoint and Power Platform, and experience with agile approaches.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance (ability to obtain SCI)
• Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience
• Knowledge of business process analysis, requirements analysis, and software analysis and design
• Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Excel
• Liaison between business and IT translating needs into requirements
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Propose ways to improve organizational efficiency.
• Advise management on cost-benefit, decision analysis.
• Analyze competitive market strategies and trends.
• Synthesize business intelligence data to support actions.
• Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers, and others on industry trends.
• Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users.

• Generate reports for executives and stakeholders.

• Maintain BI tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
