Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, processes and workflows.
• Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional requirements and user stories.
• Support the development of business cases and feasibility studies.
• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing datasets to support decision-making.
• Maintain requirements traceability and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Create dashboards or reports using BI tools and assist in training end-users.
