• Experience leading market strategy, client engagement, and growth in federal sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a market-specific growth strategy by analyzing clients, funding sources, competitors, and industry trends.
• Strengthen market presence through client engagement, marketing, and industry involvement.
• Coordinate with sector leaders to align priorities and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline.
• Review proposals, pricing strategies, and risk assessments; monitor financial performance and adjust actions as needed.
• Lead recruitment and staff development by collaborating with market and service line leaders.
