This role coordinates with business development, marketing, and project delivery teams to position the firm’s services and advance sector opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 15+ years of relevant industry experience in the assigned market.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, project delivery, pricing and risk reviews, contract management and financial management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and influence across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market-specific growth strategies for Federal Buildings and Facilities.
• Drive client engagement, marketing involvement, and industry leadership to expand market share.
• Collaborate with market, regional, office, and service line leaders to align priorities and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline.
• Review and contribute to proposals, pricing strategies, and risk assessments.
• Monitor market-level financial performance and drive improvements in revenue, margin, backlog, and utilization.
• Recruit and develop staff through collaboration with market leaders to support strategic growth and succession planning.
• Provide technical and strategic guidance to project managers and staff, ensuring standards and best practices.
• Identify and resolve barriers to growth, monitor emerging technologies relevant to the market, and champion practical innovations.
