• Demonstrated experience in business development, project delivery, pricing and risk reviews, contract management and financial management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and influence across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a market-specific growth strategy by analyzing clients, funding sources, competitors, industry trends, and emerging opportunities to drive market expansion.
• Collaborate with market, regional, office, and service line leaders to align strategic priorities and maintain a strong, balanced opportunity pipeline.
• Review and contribute to proposals, pricing strategies, and risk assessments.
