Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a Training Specialist, Mid to design and deliver end‑to‑end training programs for users, support staff, and managers in a federal context.

You will perform needs analyses, define objectives, and develop blended curricula using instructor‑led, virtual, and e‑learning formats, aligning with system changes and agile releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with focus on education, training, IT, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or training development.
• Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience designing and delivering training for technical systems or complex processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform training needs analyses and define role-based learning objectives for diverse user groups.
• Design and develop blended training solutions including in-person/virtual courses and e-learning.
• Translate complex concepts into practical examples aligned to real program use cases.
• Create reusable templates, storyboards, and content standards for consistency.
• Configure and use LMS to manage curricula, enrollments, and training metrics.
• Facilitate training events, manage learner engagement, and adjust delivery based on feedback.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement content and delivery improvements.
• Collaborate with product owners, system admins, and project teams to synchronize training with changes.
• Support change-management activities related to new system or process rollouts.
