Job summary

Ares Enterprise, LLC is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the federal marketplace. You will identify opportunities across DoD and civilian agencies and build strong government relationships.

Work with executive leadership, capture teams, and proposals to shape opportunities, manage the pipeline, and drive contract awards, including teaming and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of federal BD experience.
• Strong understanding of FAR, contract vehicles, and acquisition lifecycle.
• Ability to travel for meetings and events.
• Established relationships within DoD or federal agencies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue federal contracting opportunities across DoD and civilian agencies.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline aligned with growth strategy.
• Lead early-stage capture activities and develop win themes.
• Coordinate with executives, capture, and proposal teams.
• Represent Ares Enterprise at industry days and customer meetings.
• Develop strategic partnerships and subcontracting opportunities.
