The ideal candidate brings deep federal market knowledge, a proven ability to open doors, and the capacity to align Capture, Proposal, Solutions, Pricing, and Operations teams to win opportunities.

Qualifications

• Deep Federal Civilian market knowledge and relationships.
• Ability to identify, qualify, and advance opportunities in federal markets.
• Proven success opening doors and shaping pursuits with customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth within federal markets by identifying and advancing opportunities.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline aligned with growth priorities and revenue objectives.
• Maintain visibility in the federal marketplace through customer engagements in the DMV region.
• Develop strategic teaming and collaborate with Capture, Proposal, Solutions, Pricing, and Operations teams.
• Lead pipeline reviews, gate reviews, and pursuit strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate pursuit activities across executives, Pricing, Contracts, Recruiting, and Proposals.
• Support proposals with win themes, staffing, and past-performance positioning.
• Maintain accurate opportunity data in Salesforce.
