Qualifications

• Extensive track record winning NIH/HHS opportunities.
• 10+ years in federal BD, capture, or related roles.
• Deep knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations and major contracting vehicles.
• Established network with senior federal decision-makers and industry partners.
• Proven leadership across the BD lifecycle and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the NIH/HHS BD strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
• Lead market analysis, budgeting, and competitive positioning to identify high-value pursuits.
• Translate capabilities into targeted market positioning and differentiated value propositions.
• Oversee the opportunity pipeline, win strategy development, and teaming/partnerships.
• Provide executive reviews and reports on pipeline health and pursuit status.
