Job summary
Thunder is seeking a Federal Solution Architect focusing on AWS and Amazon Connect in the United States. The role requires collaboration with customers and stakeholders to craft scalable Salesforce + Amazon architecture, strategy, and outcomes.
As a trusted liaison, you will translate client requirements into technical architecture, validate project scope, and ensure alignment with client business goals. Prior consulting in Service Cloud Voice and AWS is highly valued.
Qualifications
- US citizenship required with ability to obtain security clearance
- 4–6+ years consulting experience in Salesforce Partner or AWS ecosystems
- 2+ years hands-on configuration of Amazon Connect
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies, user stories, and backlog management
- Ability to translate client goals into technology solutions
- Data analysis and dashboard creation skills
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the Amazon Connect solution
- Lead business and technology analysis with CRM expertise
- Drive client architecture from inception to completion as SME
- Collaborate with Sales to estimate technical effort for scope of work
- Produce project documentation and architecture artefacts
- Promote reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency
