QTS Data Centers is seeking a Federal Assurance Operations Analyst to design and optimize operational frameworks and workflows that support governance, reporting, and compliance for federal contracts. You will translate business requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions using MS 365 tools and Power BI.

The role emphasizes autonomy, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency, visibility, and audit readiness across the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four years or more of extensive Microsoft Office experience with Microsoft 365 apps.
• Knowledge of IT/Project Management and CRM concepts.
• Experience with data analysis tools.
• Independent judgment in designing operational solutions.
• Proven ability to design workflows and systems.
• Strong organizational skills; clarity and usability.
• Ability to work with minimal direction in a dynamic setting.
• US Citizenship required by federal contract law.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve Federal Assurance operational frameworks and workflows.
• Lead development of Microsoft 365-based solutions for data visibility and efficiency.
• Own end-to-end planning and reporting, providing real-time leadership visibility.
• Analyze gaps and implement process improvements to reduce manual work.
• Develop executive-ready reports and communications aligned with goals.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement.
• Govern and validate Federal Assurance requirements with scalable audits.
• Recommend decisions impacting Federal Assurance operations.
