Job summary

Accenture is hiring an AI & Data Strategy Manager in the U.S. to lead AI-first transformations and craft scalable data strategies. You will shape enterprise AI visions, build trusted client relationships, and develop roadmaps that align with business goals.

You will guide governance, responsible AI, and partnerships while defining building blocks for AI platforms and data ecosystems to drive growth across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in AI and Data Strategy space including data strategy, talent strategy, value case development, data management and data analysis.
• 5+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 5+ years of leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 5+ years of large-scale global delivery experience.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on AI, GenAI and data integration into business processes.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build data assets and AI capabilities.
• Assess maturity of an organization’s AI and data strategy, talent, operating model and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and platform blueprint.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver strategy and revenue opportunities.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap and plan ecosystem partnerships.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
