Accenture Federal Services seeks a leader to shape enterprise AI and data governance for confidential federal programs. You will partner with CXOs and compliance offices to define standards, controls, and scalable governance for trustworthy AI in critical operations.

You will drive strategy, architecture, and operationalization, balancing innovation with risk management, privacy, and regulatory compliance across cloud and on‑prem environments.

Qualifications

• Experience developing AI or data strategy or platform governance within government or multi stakeholder environments.
• Strong understanding of federal policies related to data, AI, privacy, cybersecurity, and digital modernization.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture concepts and AI governance frameworks.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record turning strategy into operational systems with measurable outcomes.
• Experience assessing AI readiness, risks, and ethical considerations.
• Must be a US Citizen

Responsibilities

• Translate mission goals into roadmap plans, reference architectures, and adoption strategies for federal programs.
• Define cloud/hybrid/on‑prem architectures with Zero Trust and privacy constraints.
• Operationalize policy‑as‑code, approvals, audits, and model/data lifecycle controls.
• Stand up evaluation harnesses, selection criteria, and guardrails for AI systems.
• Develop playbooks, templates, SDKs, and governance blueprints for multiple teams.
• Collaborate with product, security, data, and engineering to drive measurable outcomes.
• Ensure programs meet SLOs, pass audits, and deliver in regulated environments.
