Job summary

C3 AI, an Enterprise AI software company, seeks a Federal Solution Leader to drive technical architecture, prototyping, and mission-focused AI deployments for government customers. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate mission needs into AI/ML solutions, and ensure security/compliance readiness across on-premises and government cloud environments.

Qualifications

This role demands both technical credibility and mission depth.
U.S. citizenship required.
Active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI security clearance required; CI or Full-Scope Polygraph preferred.
Able to architect enterprise AI and data solutions; hands-on prototyping and data inspection.

Responsibilities

Technical architecture: shape data flow, integration topology, identity model, and deployment architecture across customer environments.
Stay hands-on: prototype, build, and debug with code, data pipelines, and integrations.
Identify AI/ML opportunities and translate mission challenges into defined requirements and mission value.
Shape the solution's technical roadmap and determine scope vs. one-offs.
Provide technical leadership within a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists.
Manage technical risk and flag dependencies proactively.
Run customer sessions, brief sponsors, and write status updates for senior stakeholders.
Ship into production: integrate with customer data stores and government cloud environments.
Ensure federal security/compliance readiness (FedRAMP, DoD IL4-IL6, NIST 800-53/800-171, ATO).
Bridge field learnings into the core platform to accelerate future deployments.
