Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Federal Solution Leaders team, coaching and mentoring.
• Ensure delivery quality and adherence to federal security/compliance standards.
• Set and raise technical standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Staff accounts with right experts and manage resource utilization.
• Engage government executives and bridge to product/engineering.
