Virtualitics is seeking a seasoned Sales Account Executive to join our Federal Sales team and GTM organization. This role focuses on selling AI software solutions to the Department of War, driving growth and strategic initiatives within DoW readiness missions.

You will own the entire sales cycle, build target account strategies across DoD agencies, and collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver compelling demos and RFI/RFP responses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quota-carrying Federal Account Executive roles (DoW preferred).
• Experience selling enterprise software, AI/ML, data analytics.
• Strong strategic account planning and complex sales cycle management.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing and pipeline management.
• Develop account strategies to penetrate DoD agencies and commands.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers in DoW.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams on demos and RFI/RFPs.
• Monitor DoD trends and competitive landscape to position solutions.
