Job summary

Bart & Associates, Inc. is seeking an AI Data Scientist to join a contract with a federal government client to support a national digital outreach program. The role requires strong data science expertise, ML/NLP, and experience communicating insights to diverse audiences.

The candidate will design models, build dashboards, and collaborate with distributed teams to ensure data-driven decisions and measurable impact. A TS/CBP BI level clearance is required or pursued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Science.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models, Gen-AI (LLM) and NLP models, and statistical methods to solve complex business challenges.
• Build scalable solutions for predictive modeling, optimization, and decision support.
• Analyze large and complex data sets to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven strategies.
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and interpret data.
• Explore and apply cutting-edge AI/ML techniques to enhance analytical capabilities and deliver measurable impact.
• Design and produce compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards.
• Transform complex findings into intuitive visual reports and dashboards for non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in data visualization and integrate innovative techniques.
• Work closely with distributed teams and stakeholders to align data infrastructure with goals.
• Advocate for data science principles in design discussions with customers.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and tailor visualizations accordingly.
