Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Federal Civilian AI/Data Tech Lead to drive technical execution across Data & AI Strategy, Product Management, and Market Intelligence for Federal Civilian agencies. You will validate AI maturity, scope POCs, and mentor Cloud Development Engineers while ensuring rigorous technical standards across customer artifacts.

You will author AI accelerators, build scalable curricula, and collaborate with ProServe, GenAI Center, and SI/ISV partners to scale capacity and

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Data & AI technologies including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and Storage.
Experience implementing cloud-based solutions or architectures on AWS.
Experience collaborating with engineering/technical teams to build automated solutions.

Responsibilities

Own technical execution across Data & AI Strategy, Product Management, and Market Intelligence; provide technical validation and measure outcomes.
Author and maintain the AI Accelerator catalog with repeatable accelerators for reuse.
Accelerate CDE enablement; document processes and deliver hands-on training sessions.
Serve as technical quality backstop, elevating demos and POC artifacts for consistency.
Build and scale the train-the-trainer curriculum, architectures, and labs.
Lead discovery and scoping for AI deals across Federal Civilian agencies with partners.
Serve as a customer-facing technical SME.
