Job summary

Everforth ECS in Arlington, VA is seeking an Account Lead to support the DHS CDM BETSIE program. The role focuses on guiding federal agencies through onboarding, delivery, and ongoing interactions within a complex CDM ecosystem.

You will manage agency relationships, coordinate with cross-program teams, and ensure milestones are met while producing documentation and reporting to program leadership. US citizenship and public trust suitability are required.

Qualifications

3+ years of project and/or program management, business management or consulting experience.
US citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust Suitability.
Experience in Federal Government contracting and delivery of IT solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and support federal agency clients through onboarding and continued interactions with the CDM BETSIE program.
Serve as main point of contact for agency communication and drive delivery to meet program milestones.
Build and maintain relationships with agency stakeholders and communicate priorities and needs to program leadership.
Create and maintain program documentation including engagement activity, requirements management, SOPs, knowledge bases, templates and monthly reporting.
