Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver reporting and analytics solutions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests and provide user education on reports.
• Create, test, and demo reports and dashboards, refining UX.
• Improve data quality and program metrics with documentation and automation.
• Monitor system performance metrics and report trends.
• Research and implement new reporting and analytics features.
• Perform other duties to support program success.
