Everforth ECS Federal seeks a talented Agency Engagement Account Manager / Project Manager - Senior to support the Department of Homeland Security’s CDM Data Services- BETSIE Program. You will be a key point of contact managing customer experience and SIEMaaS delivery across multiple Agile teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project and/or program management or consulting experience.
• Deep understanding of Federal Government contracting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversees onboarding planning, execution, and completion for agencies.
• Ensures onboarding is repeatable, scalable, and consistent across agencies.
• Leads agency-facing meetings and coordinates with engineering.
• Tracks onboarding progress and reports status to stakeholders.
• Drives customer success through transition to Operations and Maintenance.
