Job summary

Acentra Health in the United States is seeking an Account Manager, Mid, to join our growing team. This role serves as the primary contact to manage and support multi-agency federal and federal government contracts.

You will strengthen relationships with Program Manager, Contracting Officer, and COR, facilitate operational activities across a portfolio, and ensure deliverables meet SOW and SLAs while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral or mental health field.
• Minimum 3 years of direct account management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of training related to workplace or behavioral health.
• 3+ years of business process analysis for federal clients or contractors.
• 2+ years of experience with law enforcement and military.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the overall work performance of assigned contract(s).
• Maintain strong relationships with Program Manager, CO, and COR.
• Forecast pipelines and develop plans to grow client programs.
• Lead multiple projects across federal contracts using PM methodologies.
• Provide regular client updates and deliverables tracking.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and clinical teams for SLA adherence.
• Prepare monthly operational reports and support billing information.
