You will spot upcoming requirements, recompetes, and expansion opportunities, bring warm opportunities into our pipeline, and serve as the main point of contact on awarded contracts while keeping clients happy and performance strong.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or similar client-facing role on federal contracts.
• Established relationships with one or more federal agencies.
• Experience with 8(a) or small business contracting.
• Mid-career and ready to build something bigger at a smaller, faster company.
• Comfortable using AI tools to work efficiently.
