You will build a successful sales practice by working directly with the DoD, Intelligence Community, and/or Federal Civilian agencies, along with our industry partners. Our customer portfolio spans across the US Navy, US Marine Corps, US Army, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Interior, Department of Veterans Affairs, and more. Role and Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you are the forefront of the sales process, building a "business within a business." Your responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with clients: Discuss business requirements, challenges, and objectives to uncover sales opportunities.
  • Structuring deals: Collaborate with sales engineers and solutions architects to position deals for success, including driving funding and engaging stakeholders.
  • Market research and prospecting: Manage assigned accounts and seek new sales opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Networking: Build relationships within industry partnerships and develop a brand presence.
  • Continual education: Invest in ongoing sales, industry, and OEM-specific training.
  • Sales reporting: Maintain and update your sales pipeline.
  • Cross-department collaboration: Work closely with engineering, project management, and post-sales teams.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma / GED
  • 3+ years of recent Federal Market sales experience or recent technical experience with the Federal Government (DoD, Intelligence, or Civilian agencies)
  • Excellent solution/consultative selling skills
  • Proven sales and account development success
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive problem-solving approach
  • Attention to detail and technical comprehension
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or training
