Job summary

iCOUNTER is seeking a highly motivated Federal Account Executive to drive revenue growth and strategic customer engagement across the U.S. Intelligence Community.

This role focuses on developing relationships, identifying mission-aligned opportunities, and expanding adoption of iCOUNTER’s Counter Threat Operations, cyber threat intelligence, and risk management solutions. The candidate will build executive-level relationships, conduct briefings and demonstrations, and influence go-to-market

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience supporting Intelligence Community customers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors.
• Experience selling into intelligence or national security organizations.
• Experience managing complex federal sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new IC opportunities across the defense sector.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and pipeline.
• Build trusted relationships with military and civilian leaders to align iCOUNTER solutions with mission objectives.
• Conduct executive briefings and solution demonstrations to position iCOUNTER as a trusted partner.
• Provide customer and market intelligence to inform product strategy and GTM initiatives while achieving revenue growth.
