Kelly Engineering in Shelby Township, MI, seeks an FEA Engineer for a temp-to-hire, onsite role. You will utilize non-linear analysis software to assess design performance and conformance, and help develop rubber products that meet customer requirements using Abaqus and Hypermesh.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing rubber products to meet customer needs using Abaqus and Hypermesh.
• Design structural components meeting customer requirements with Abaqus and Hypermesh.
• Create technical data for reviews, including FEA, stress/strain analysis, and product durability.
• Communicate design and program issues clearly and concisely.
• Ensure on-time delivery of information supporting program dates.
• Represent ZLC-NA at customer meetings, as needed, positively and professionally.
