The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include performing various FEA analyses and providing technical feedback to customers. This role requires proficiency in FEA tools and strong analytical skills.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in FEA or automotive design preferred.
Understanding of failure theories, heat transfer, and manufacturing processes required.
Experience with plastics, elastomers, and anisotropic materials is preferred.
Responsibilities
Perform FEA analysis including linear/non-linear static and dynamic analysis.
Independently determine boundary conditions for complex non-linear models.
Provide technical feedback on FEA outputs and optimization results.
Skills
Proficiency in FEA meshing tools
Strong analytical skills
Experience with implicit/explicit FEA simulations
Understanding of structural mechanics
Familiarity with CAD software
