Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Maintenance Manager to organize and direct preventive maintenance across production equipment, machinery and facilities, ensuring safety and product quality. You will build cross-functional relationships with production leaders and EHS to meet targets and uphold standards.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance leadership, a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field, and hands-on experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Master's degree in Systems/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Typically 5+ years of related maintenance leadership experience.
• Knowledge of machinery, electricity, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of FE Engineers and technicians; mentor and coach staff.
• Partner with EHS and HRBPs to ensure safety and payroll integrity.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and meet production targets.
• Maintain and repair production machinery, equipment and facilities; manage improvements.
