Job description

As a key technical leader, this role focuses on driving equipment reliability initiatives and partnering closely with production teams to optimize plant productivity, quality, and overall operability. Serving as a vital technical resource for production personnel, the position provides expert guidance on troubleshooting and resolving complex issues as they arise. By actively reviewing and enhancing predictive and preventive maintenance programs, this professional delivers sustainable, long-term solutions to recurring technical problems. Additionally, they participate in plant operation and improvement meetings, ensuring critical insights and outcomes are effectively communicated back to the maintenance staff.

This individual leads continuous improvement projects from conception to completion. This includes handling project scoping, cost estimation, capital requests, fieldwork supervision, and final commissioning. A core responsibility involves investigating recurring equipment failures to identify root causes and implement lasting fixes, which frequently requires supervising outside contractors to ensure high-quality work.
