Job summary

Living Well Professional Counseling is seeking a Family Centered Treatment Supervisor to provide clinical guidance, supervision, and an outpatient caseload in an Arkansas setting. The role focuses on coaching practitioners in the FCT model, conducting labs, and ensuring high-quality care.

This full-time position is 30 hours with pro-rated benefits at 75% and requires current Arkansas licensure (LCSW/LPC) and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• At least one year of clinical experience with children and families and one year of supervisory experience in a related role.
• Demonstrated ability to teach clinical skills, provide constructive feedback, and support family-centered practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to families, couples, and individuals using professional skills and Christian compassion.
• Provide regular individual and group clinical supervision for assigned FCT practitioners, focusing on case conceptualization and treatment planning.
• Plan and teach recurring skills labs using demonstrations, role-play, experiential enactments, and guided practice.
• Review recorded FCT sessions and provide feedback, identify additional practice needs, and complete competency check-offs.
