Job summary

Pressley Ridge’s Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision to FCT Practitioners, ensuring fidelity to the FCT model and high-quality family services across the program.

The role coordinates staff, oversees referrals, supports crisis management, and travels within the service area to clients’ homes; English/Spanish communication and licensed master’s level expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires master's degree in human services.
• Requires professional license in human services.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to enhance communication with a diverse workforce and community.
• Requires attainment of Supervisor Certification through the Family Centered Treatment Foundation within 12 months.
• Requires valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and administrative supervision to FCT Practitioners.
• Ensures services are delivered with fidelity to FCT standards.
• Oversees referrals and timely assignment of cases.
• Communicates with leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversees documentation quality and timeliness.
• Manages staff supervision and development.
• Travel to client homes and communities as required.
