Job summary

Arkansas Baptist Children & Family Ministries (ABCFM) seeks a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Clinical Caseworker to deliver structured, goal-oriented in-home services to families addressing mental health, substance use, and abuse/neglect issues.

The role includes training toward FCT Provider Certification, delivering regular sessions, ensuring fidelity documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Flexible hours including evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must complete FCT training and pursue FCT Provider Certification with ongoing recertification every two years.
• Experience facilitating family-centered treatment with documented progress toward goals.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain FCT training and certification progression.
• Provide FCT to families and guide them through four phases with measurable family goals.
• Maintain program fidelity documents, monthly reports, and assessments.
• Conduct two plus face-to-face sessions weekly with each family; coordinate post-discharge connections.
• Work with flexible hours including evenings and weekends to meet client needs.
• Participate in weekly case staffings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Document thoroughly including fidelity logs and progress notes.
