Job summary

SPARC in Caldwell County, NC is seeking a Supervisor for Family-Centered Treatment to oversee a team of practitioners and ensure fidelity to the FCT model. The role includes clinical supervision, staff development, and collaboration with stakeholders to promote family engagement and long-term stability.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of clinical experience with youth and families, plus knowledge of trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related human services field.
• At least two (2) years of clinical experience working with youth and families in community-based or in-home settings.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and systemic family therapy.
• Ability to provide leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight in a supportive and collaborative manner.
• Familiarity with or certification in the Family-Centered Treatment model (or willingness to complete FCT Supervisor certification).
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a behavioral health setting (preferred).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly clinical and administrative supervision to FCT practitioners.
• Support practitioners in delivering services that align with the FCT model and its core components.
• Ensure fidelity to the FCT model through regular case reviews, documentation audits, and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with FCT consultants to support staff training, certification, and quality assurance.
• Support practitioners in crisis management and high-risk case consultations.
• Conduct audits of clinical documentation and monitor performance metrics.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new FCT staff and ongoing training for current staff.
• Assist in data collection and reporting for funding, licensing, and accreditation purposes.
• Carry a limited caseload if needed to support clinical coverage or maintain model fidelity.
