Plymouth Housing is seeking a skilled Foundational Community Supports (FCS) Specialist in Seattle to strengthen delivery, consistency, and quality of Medicaid-funded services. You will serve as the subject matter expert on FCS requirements, helping staff translate policy into practical practice that supports client success and program integrity.

Qualifications

• We expect candidates to support FCS program rules and documentation standards.
• Experience translating Medicaid/FCS requirements into usable tools and guidance.
• Ability to provide on-site coaching and ensure compliant, accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for staff on FCS rules and billing.
• Translate Medicaid and FCS requirements into usable tools and guidance.
• Provide on-site coaching to reinforce learning and improve workflow.
• Monitor FCS enrollment and service data across systems for accuracy.
• Collaborate to evaluate documentation trends and ensure compliance.
